I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati. Prior to this, I worked in the semiconductor industry, where I gained hands-on experience with advanced CMOS/FinFET/SiGe technologies in RF/mm-wave and analog circuit design. In 2020, I joined the IP Design team at GlobalFoundries, Bangalore, contributing to the development of high-speed analog transceivers for silicon photonics across multiple GF technology nodes. In 2024, I served as part of the Intel Foundry Services team in Bangalore, focusing on cutting-edge RF and mixed-signal circuit solutions. During my Ph.D, I focused on RF front-end modules for full-duplex and MIMO receivers for 5G technology.
